The Talented Twos

Here's a little video of Noah singing his heart out.

His favorite songs, of late: "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star," "Jingle Bells," "The Twelve Days of Christmas," anything to do with Santa, "Be Patient," and "Daisy, Daisy" (we sing this to my dog Daisy, and then we have to sing it to Addie with her name in place of Daisy).

He loves counting to twenty (yes! Has done this without help several times!) and ordering people around. He will tell you exactly where to sit and what to do. He is still obsessed with cars, but has expanded a little to include trains (all named Thomas, in his book), boats, and construction equipment. He insists on pointing out every bulldozer, excavator, and loader we pass on the road. And yes, we know the difference.

I just took over teaching Noah's Bible class, the Toddler group of about 5-6 kids ranging from 18 months to 3 years. I was unsure how he would do, but he has decided since his Mommy teaches, that he is the number one helper. He greets each child by name as they enter and never hesitates to show them how to do an activity. He sings loudly for all the songs and reminds me what comes next in the lesson ("Mommy! Song box!"). So much fun! Wish I could record him in there!
