After all of us were cleared and out of quarantine, we were excited to do something normal--our annual fall church camping trip. As usual, we spent Columbus Day weekend camping at a local lake with seven or eight other families from church. Although the weather had been cool, that weekend warmed up A LOT so it was kind of like having a summer camping trip and a fall camping trip rolled into one!
One of the best parts of camping with our church is that our kids never lack friends.
They run wild and have lots of adventures!
Some of our friends shared their kayaks and paddle board, which made for a fun afternoon!
Moms/grandmas oversee all the fun

After worship, we took a socially-distant group picture!
Also, this month my precious twin nephews Jack and Bennett turned ONE! I was privileged to take their first birthday photos and am happy to share some here!
On Friday, the PTA hosted a drive-through "Trunk or Treat" at Audrey's school instead of the traditional Fall Fun Fest. It was a good chance for her to try out her Halloween costume!

My little southern belle!
Saturday after the twins' birthday party we managed to squeeze in a trip to the local nursery where we love to pick out pumpkins every year!
I'm sure we have more fall fun to come, so stay tuned...
