Chris needed to go to San Fransisco for a business trip and I tagged along! Thankfully, we have awesome parents who agreed to keep our kids and make sure they stayed on track with their online schooling. It was so nice to get away for a week!
We left Monday morning and after renting the car and checking in to the hotel in Pleasanton (east of SF), we drove in to the city to check it out. It was a pretty but cool afternoon.
We started with the tourist-y spots like Fishermen's Grotto.
We walked around a little, getting quite the aerobic workout.
To check it off the "must-do in San Francisco" list, we hiked UP Lombard Street!
We also walked over to Ghirardelli Square for the famous hot fudge sundae.
And of course, back to Pier 39 to see the sea lions and get a bucket of Trish's donuts!
