Just got back from a wonderful weekend at the beach with my fave in-laws and friends. Brittany graciously asked eight of us to come enjoy her family's Galveston beach house this weekend, and we all readily accepted!

The first night, we made some delicious guacamole... so good, Nick HAD to lick the bowl. Some played Wii, others took lots of pics and just enjoyed the beginning of vacation!

Saturday morning, we slept in and then had some great bacon and eggs, courtesy of Steph and Courtney. We headed to the beach for a couple of hours...

We went back to the house and grilled some burgers and fixin's, then took out the jet-ski and boat!

That evening, after cleaning up, we took some great pics (tradition!) and then headed out to dinner. We ended up at Mario's Ristorante, a delish Italian local joint. Rave reviews!

We crashed early Saturday night, and Sunday morning, after pancakes for breakfast, Courtney and Jimmy took the jet ski for a spin, followed by Chris and me.
Thanks again, Brittany, for allowing us to share a great weekend with you on the coast!
