Friday night Chris and I took Noah to the Botanic Gardens for the FWSO Concert in the Garden, featuring... STAR WARS!!! We brought a picnic for dinner (delicious salami and cheese from Central Market plus peach pie, chips and dip, and fresh apricots!) and Noah brought three light sabers and plenty of other toys. He quickly made a friend in the audience and offered her a light saber, as you can see in the video, and then challenged her to a duel. Unfortunately, he was distracted by a superior light saber toward the end of the battle.

The concert was enjoyable as always, featuring lots of music by John Williams and similar epic movie composers. The weather was pretty cooperative, as well, and the show ended with the Star Wars suite and lots of FIREWORKS! Noah said they were his favorite part.
