Day 1: Friday
We arrived, set up, and sat around the campfire chatting with our parents who had gotten there earlier to claim sites and set up.
Day 2: Saturday
Games of catch and some bike riding, then a trip into Buffalo Gap to the historic site and museum!

Heading back to the campsite, we made a detour to "check out" Perini Ranch Steakhouse and ended up eating lunch there! It was delicious.
Burgers for dinner and s'mores, too! We also spent some time with a friend Tracy from Chris' and my high school days. She used to be a park ranger out there and came by to visit with her two girls.
Day 3: Sunday
GGB, Greg and Tracy drove up from San Angelo to hang out on this windy day.

Day 4: Monday
We packed up and headed out just before lunch time. The beautiful weather and great company were blessings!
