I finally got to see my orthopedic surgeon yesterday and schedule the surgery to fix my ankle. It will be Thursday at 7:30 a.m. and they will keep me overnight for observation. I am pretty frustrated with all the waiting and dealing with the pain, plus I am very anxious about the surgery itself and about baby Noah. I just have to learn to put everything in God's hands.
After surgery, Dr. Rodriguez said I may be walking by 3-4 weeks. I'll probably have the cast on for at least 6 weeks. Yay for the second trimester spent on the couch!

What could be more comfortable than pregnancy? How about pregnancy and a cast! We have been and praying for you.
