Friday we spent most of the day at Noah's school to watch him participate in Field Day.
Jamie came early with me and Audrey!
The first event was Tug o' War. Noah's class wore green shirts and competed in a bracket against all the other first grade classes. They came in third place overall!
The second event was PTA games. This game involved soaking up water with a sponge from one bucket and getting as much of it into another bucket as possible, relay-style.
Noah's third event was the scooter board races. He came in 6th place and received his first ribbon of the day!
The next event was the bean bag toss. Noah received another 6th place ribbon!
Audrey competed in her own event...
After lunch we watched Noah do the "javelin" throw, in which he placed second!
Noah's next event was another PTA game involving sponges and water.
We went home for naps and missed his final two events, but Noah came home tired and happy from a fun day!
