On New Year's Day, we got up early and headed out of Big Bend National Park. My parents headed west to the state park, but the rest of us went north to camp overnight at San Angelo State Park. It's my absolute least favorite state park, but it is super convenient to Chris' grandmother and aunt and uncle, so it's a great price for a quick visit!
We set up camp and went to Tracy's house for yummy local pizza, salad, and lots of Mario Kart and kitty cats. The next day we went around town a little and had lunch before heading home.
